 MLS Advertising

Posting your home on the Realtor MLS is one of the best ways to market your home. Without it you are missing a large percentage of perspective home buyers, including first time buyers who are too nervous to buy without professional help; out of town buyers who aren't familiar with the local market; and people who are too busy to conduct a home search on their own.

This service posts your listing in the Mid-Florida Multiple Listing Service. This database is used by 5500+ Realtors in the Central Florida market. As a seller you may choose to offer a commission to the buyers broker or not. Obviously offering a buyer's broker commission will motivate Realtors to bring buyers to your home. We recommend a 3% buyers broker commission, but the decision is yours. Click here to see one of our MLS listings.

Realtor.com

All postings on MLS are also posted on Realtor.com. This is the general public's gateway to the listing on the MLS. Once the listing appears on Realtor.com (48-72 hours after posting on the MLS) we will upgrade the ad from a standard listing to a SHOWCASE LISTING. In addition we will include your complete address and contact information so that people who see that ad on Realtor.com can contact you directly. If they are not represented by a broker, you will not have to pay a commission. Click here to see one of our Realtor.com listings.

This service is offered for a one time fee of $399.00. The posting will remain on both services for one year or until a contract is accepted. This service requires a Limited Service Agreement and a No Brokerage Relationship Disclosure be signed with Wishing Well Realty. Both of these forms open with Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available free at Adobe.com.
